Relationships are at the heart of every business transaction. Appreciating differences in perspectives, backgrounds and strengths is a good start to building professional relationships. However, developing emotional intelligence and conflict resolution acumen will not only assist in solidifying those relationships, but also foster your reputation as a problem-solver and a leader. Workshop objectives include creating awareness of team and individual strengths and weaknesses; appreciating the power of positivity; understanding the role emotional intelligence plays in resolving professional conflicts; and utilizing various conflict-handling modes based on type of situation and individuals involved.
