Brandon is a manager in the government services practice at HORNE where he supports business development through proposal efforts. With a mindset of collaboration, he helps plan, prepare, and create proposals for state agencies to aid in their recovery from major disasters.
He joined the firm in 2019 with over ten years of business development and disaster support experience including working at a multinational engineering firm. He has experience supporting proposals for disaster recovery and infrastructure throughout North America including hurricane recovery, wastewater treatment plant upgrades and waterline replacements for specific cities.
Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University.
