Chris is a director in firm services at HORNE where he works with private and public sector clients to provide analysis, design and implementation of best practice solutions for compliance and project effectiveness. He has developed multiple best practice resources for HORNE’s clients and has extensive experience in advising executives and government officials on highly technical program and compliance issues.
His primary focus is to serve as a strategic leader on specific projects and to champion perspectives and solutions that aid in process development and improvement. He uses his expertise to evaluate and analyze potential challenges and effectively works to create a path for upward change. Because of his knowledge and experience across various accounting disciplines, he is skilled in leading and providing critical insight that provides a context for consistent growth. He has over 10 years of experience in project management, risk management, process improvement, team development, financial monitoring and federal reporting.
Chris has a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.
