Dan works with the government services team at HORNE as the call center manager for the Alabama Rent Relief program. He creates structure for the call center by continually training employees and creating a consistent process to meet all client needs.

Dan joined HORNE in 2021 with over 10 years of experience managing call centers in the professional services industry.

Dan has a Bachelor of Philosophy from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Alabama.
