Jennifer is a supervisor at HORNE in the people and organization department where she serves as the learning and organization development specialist. She works with internal and external clients to create and execute learning and development solutions that meet their needs, align with business goals and surpass expectations. She works with clients to clarify their needs implement solutions based on input and direction from stakeholders.
She joined the firm in 2021 and has over 15 years of experience training employees and executives at an international corporation. Along with this, she has a wealth of knowledge in designing and developing innovative training experiences and training programs that directly impact business performance. She has a comprehensive background in hiring strategies, employee retention and employee brand loyalty while enhancing work culture and boosting morale.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wartburg College.
