Julye serves as the training manager in government services at HORNE LLP where she leads a team to provide training for HORNE team members, State program staff and subcontractors. She and her team provide specialized training on government services related to FEMA Public Assistance Grant Program, FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs, HUD Community Development Block Grant Programs and federal laws including The Stafford Act, Fair Housing regulations and income eligibility requirements.
Julye is passionate about new hire orientation and has worked to develop and implement an onboarding and orientation program for new government services team members to introduce them to our culture and to ease any anxiety they may have.
Julye joined the firm in 2016 and has over 10 years of experience as a learning and development professional with extensive knowledge in designing and implementing training and educational programs. Her experience includes a variety of methods including classroom instruction, virtual training and on-the-job coaching.
Julye received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Business Administration from Millsaps College.
