Lucretia is a government services manager at HORNE where she focuses on case management for the ReBuild NC program. She provides expertise, leadership and real-world experience in working with the various communities the program serves. Lucretia aims to be data and results driven while maintaining a focus on the people she assists. She has a passion for supporting people and empowering them to create communities where residents thrive.
Lucretia has over 10 years of experience in public health and education. Prior to joining HORNE, she spent nearly 3 years with North Carolina Emergency Management working as a part of the state’s Disaster Case Management Program for Hurricanes Matthew and Florence.
Lucretia graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She also earned her Master of Public Health and Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
