Mary Clay Morgan serves as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at HORNE where she provides advice to firm leadership and administration on a wide range of legal and compliance issues.
Mary Clay joined HORNE in 2021 with over 15 years of experience. Prior to joining HORNE, she was a partner at a national law firm where her practice was concentrated in employment discrimination, products liability, financial services, and commercial litigation matters, at the trial and appellate levels.
Mary Clay earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Millsaps College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Arkansas.
