Tracy serves as the director of human resources at HORNE where she oversees onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy management and benefits administration. She also serves in a collaborative role in meeting strategic business objectives and culture change in the firm. Tracy serves on HORNE’s operations team and the Personnel Committee.
Tracy has been with HORNE for more than 35 years and has served in multiple roles during her tenure. She is certified as a Lean Six Sigma CPA Green Belt and provides project management and/or process improvement services on many firmwide initiatives.
A contributing author since 2002 to the Management of an Accounting Practice Handbook produced by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tracy’s most recent contribution is the chapter titled "Establishing Additional Offices." She is also an active member of human resource groups in the accounting industry.
